I was born and raised right here in Charlotte, North Carolina, and I’ve always enjoyed bringing people together around food. Opening my own café was a dream that I decided to turn into reality.
Charlotte is home, and I’m proud to build my business in the same community that helped shape who I am.
Family

As a father of a son and a daughter, I wanted to build something that my children could be proud of and show them that with hard work, faith, determination, and love, you can take an idea and turn it into something real.
The name
Boulware's
Flavor.
The name says it all: Boulware’s Flavor. It represents me, my family, my roots, and the flavor I bring to every plate.
Boulware’s Flavor isn’t just about selling food. I want people to feel welcomed and appreciated when they come through the door. I put love into what I serve, and I want customers to feel like they’re getting something made especially for them — not just another meal.
We’re still growing, learning, and building, but one thing will always stay the same:

Breakfast is served all day, and the rest of the board runs from burgers and hot dogs to wings, wraps and loaded cheese fries.
